WHAT IS WALK FUSION?

Walk Fusion is where cardio meets dance in a fun and empowering environment just for women! You'll step onto your own walking pad and groove to an upbeat playlist that will elevate your heart rate and get your body moving.

NO, you do not need to know how to dance!

HOW DOES WALK FUSION WORK?

Our invigorating Walk Fusion classes are 1 hour, designed to get your body and your spirit soaring! We kick things off with a gentle stretch to prepare for the fun ahead. After warming up for a couple of minutes on our walking pads, we dive into an energetic playlist filled with fun music that will have you dancing your way to fitness! We finish the class with a floor ab/booty circuit to round off your workout!

WHAT DO THE MACHINES LOOK LIKE?

These walking pads are basically treadmills just without handlebars, providing an unobstructed view of yourself in the mirror, allowing you to focus on your form and fitness. Controlled by a user-friendly remote with just three buttons, you can easily, stop, and adjust your speed to suit your preference.

We have weight classes every
Tuesday and Thursday
8am and 6pm!

We do upper body classes every Tuesday and lower body every Thursday!

We use low weights like 2lbs, 5lbs and 10lbs throughout the class. You are welcome to use whatever pound weights you would like. 

Our classes are here to help you strengthen and tone your body because strong is beautiful!!!
